This training is intended for fire service, HAZMAT, Emergency Management, LE, and EMS personnel.

This course is designed to train emergency response personnel on the selection, use, and interpretation of direct reading instruments, test papers, and identification units.

Attendees will participate in hands-on exercises with their detection equipment to reinforce lecture information and develop an understanding of what their detection instrumentation is telling them. The overall emphasis is to understand your capabilities, along with important diagnostic details, and turnback criteria to ensure responder safety.
