
Rope Rescue Training
Members of the All Hazards – Rope Rescue/Confined Space Team, took advantage of the great Fall weather to complete a training cycle in Hinckley. The Team trains twice per month at various locations throughout Medina County.

Rope Rescue Training
The All Hazards Rope Rescue Team trained on rescuing a victim from a catwalk inside a water tower on Sunday. The Rope Rescue Team is a county wide team made up of responders from various fire departments within the county.

UAV Training
Wednesday evening our All-Hazards Drone Team partnered with members of North Central Ohio K-9 Search & Rescue, Lafayette Fire & Rescue and Seville Guilford Fire & Rescue to do their first lost person search training. Joining resources, and preparing in advance, is the best way to plan for unknown incidents.

Decon Training

CART Exercise
MCEMA assisted with a Child Abduction Response Team training this morning. The CART utilized the county Emergency Operations Center to conduct their first tabletop exercise.
