OH-138: Master Scenario Events List (MSEL) Workshop

This course is intended for personnel with responsibilities in exercises design/planning and conduct.

This course will allow participants to obtain the knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to develop a Master Scenario Events List (MSEL) for both a full scale and a functional exercise. Through lecture, plenary discussion and facilitated activities, students will learn about and utilize the process to develop major detailed events, player expected actions and inject messages/simulations. The participants will also learn what is needed to harmonize/sequence injects/simulation in a way that creates an exercise environment conducive to exercise play, control and evaluation.
