SUMMARY:OH-138: Master Scenario Events List (MSEL) Workshop
DESCRIPTION:This course is intended for personnel with responsibilities in exercises design/planning and conduct. \nThis course will allow participants to obtain the knowledge\, skills\, and abilities needed to develop a Master Scenario Events List (MSEL) for both a full scale and a functional exercise. Through lecture\, plenary discussion and facilitated activities\, students will learn about and utilize the process to develop major detailed events\, player expected actions and inject messages/simulations. The participants will also learn what is needed to harmonize/sequence injects/simulation in a way that creates an exercise environment conducive to exercise play\, control and evaluation. \n  \nRegister on the Ohio Department of Public Safety training campus website by clicking HERE.
